Subject: Request for French patch for game – upcoming event at Repair Café Jette

Dear Repair Café coordinator,

Thank you for your recent email and for the “Repair Café in the classroom” starter kit – it’s a fantastic initiative, and we’re looking into it with great interest.

In the same spirit of raising awareness among young people, we at Repair Café Jette are preparing a presentation for children during our annual local fair in Jette. As part of this, we would like to use a game we downloaded via your platform. However, the game appears to be available only in English, which may be difficult for our young, mostly French-speaking audience.

Would it be possible to obtain a French version of the video game, or a language patch to make it more accessible? This would help us engage the children more effectively and share the Repair Café message in a playful and inclusive way.

Cher coordinateur, chère coordinatrice du Repair Café,

Merci pour votre e-mail et pour le kit pédagogique « Repair Café dans la classe » – une belle initiative que nous explorons avec grand intérêt.

Dans le même esprit de sensibilisation des jeunes, nous, au Repair Café de Jette, préparons une activité destinée aux enfants dans le cadre de notre marché annuel local. Pour cela, nous aimerions utiliser un jeu téléchargé via votre plateforme. Cependant, celui-ci semble uniquement disponible en anglais, ce qui peut poser problème pour notre jeune public, majoritairement francophone.

Serait-il possible d’obtenir une version française du jeu vidéo, ou un patch de langue pour le rendre plus accessible ? Cela nous permettrait d’impliquer les enfants plus efficacement et de transmettre le message du Repair Café de manière ludique et inclusive.
